Modern half day tour. This three-hour sightseeing tour offers the best of colonial and modern Lima, including the most important colonial churches and mansions such as the Government Palace, the Plaza Mayor, the City Hall, the Cathedral and the San Francisco Monastery, gems of the 17th century. The tour continues with a visit to the modern suburbs of San Isidro, where a visit to the pre-Inca adobe pyramid of Huaca Huallamarca and Miraflores suburb is prepared, ending the tour at the Parque del Amor, which overlooks the Pacific Ocean.
Day 2: Cusco Travel and City Tour
Upon arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel.
We start the afternoon visiting the Temple of Korikancha and the Cathedral. We continue visiting archeological centers: Sacsayhuaman Fortress, Kenko, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay Ruins.
Day 3: The Inca City of Machu Picchu
"Full day" excursion to Machu Picchu, the "Lost City of Incas". In the afternoon return to the city and transfer to the hotel.
Day 4: The Sacred Valley of Incas
We will visit the colorful Indian market in Pisac where we will appreciate a blend of color, tradition and people. At a distance of 31 km (19 miles) from Cusco, and an altitude of 2970 m (9700p), Pisac is located at the entrance of the Sacred Valley of Incas. After lunch visit to Ollantaytambo, the oldest continuously occupied settlement in America. The narrow streets of Ollantaytambo and unchanged channels since Inca times, recall its ancient heritage. Finally, visit to the fortress of the same name.
